Golden Week
2015年4月11日
In Japan, many people look forward to the holiday called Golden Week. This holiday is not just one day, but several public holidays very close to each other. Including weekends, people get at least one week off work! The first day is April 29th, Showa Day, which commemorates the former emperor’s birthday. Following this is Constitution Memorial Day (May 3rd), Greenery Day (May 4th) and Children’s Day (May 5th). Be sure to make plans early for Golden Week!
